Welcome to Addicts in Transformation Mentorship Program

The Journey of Healing & Transformation

If you’re reading this, you may already know that something needs to change.

You’re working, handling your responsibilities, taking care of business, and keeping your life moving. You may be ambitious, successful, independent, fun, and the woman everyone assumes has it together. But what people see on the outside doesn’t always reflect what’s happening within.

Behind the accomplishments, you may be overwhelmed by everything on your plate. You may be struggling with insecurities, unresolved trauma, emotional pain, or parts of yourself that still need healing. And somewhere along the way, drug use may have become a way to escape, unwind, cope, have fun, or simply shut everything off for a while.

I understand because I’ve lived my own version of that story.

I started using drugs because I liked the way they made me feel. Over time, what began as something I enjoyed became increasingly difficult to control. My drug use eventually became intertwined with compulsive gambling, excessive smoking, and drinking whenever I used because I felt I needed alcohol to balance the high. And yet, I still functioned. I worked. I handled responsibilities. Life continued.

But functioning doesn’t always mean everything is okay.

It wasn’t until I stepped away from addiction and began healing that I understood how profoundly unresolved trauma and emotional pain had affected me. I began recognizing my patterns, rebuilding parts of myself, and learning healthier ways to deal with what I had been carrying.

That’s why my work today is about more than helping women stop using drugs. It’s about helping women rediscover their strength, rebuild their confidence, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have gotten lost beneath addiction, responsibilities, insecurities, and pain.

Because recovery isn’t simply about what you’re leaving behind. It’s about who you’re becoming and finding your way back to you.

My private recovery coaching is designed for working women in business who recognize that their drug use has become a problem, value discretion, do not currently require intensive treatment, and are ready to make a change.

Together, we work on identifying patterns and triggers, strengthening relapse-prevention strategies, developing healthier coping tools, rebuilding confidence, and creating habits that support lasting recovery. It’s also about reconnecting with the woman underneath the responsibilities, expectations, insecurities, and pain, the woman you may have lost touch with somewhere along the way.

You can be successful and still be struggling.

You can be strong and still have parts of yourself that need healing.

And you don’t have to lose everything before deciding that you deserve something better.

You’ve spent enough time giving your power away to something that no longer serves you.

It’s time to take your power back and find your way back to you.
